My favorite place to have the pork and chive fried dumplings. Their low mein is excellent as well. Trying the rice noodle spicy soup with beef for the first time.

The food was super fresh and tasted absolutely delicious! I stopped by after my first round of makeup clients in the area and I am so glad that I did. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles, Dumpling Tasting Platter, and a Lychee Rose cocktail which was super refreshing and was garnished with the juiciest, fresh lychees which served as the perfect sweet treat to end the meal.

Tried their Rice Noodles Dan Style with pork at their stand for Smorgasbord. The dish is reasonably priced (about 15) for the portion. The pork is slightly spicy and gives the bouncy noodles a nice glaze. I recommend adding extra hoisin so that each noodle is packed with flavor. Great dish at an excellent stand

While exploring Park Slope on a picturesque winter day at Prospect Park, my wife and I stumbled upon a charming restaurant that piqued our interest. Hungry and curious, we decided to explore its offerings. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by two fantastic hosts who remained attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. The restaurant featured a narrow dining area with a large glass window at the end, providing a glimpse into the kitchen where an elderly Asian lady, adorned with a white mask and kitchen cap, skillfully kneaded a giant ball of dough. Her precise movements as she handcrafted each dumpling were captivating. The anticipation grew as we wondered, "How good can the dumplings really be?" For the appetizer, on this chilly winter day, the waiter recommended the crab and pork soup dumplings and the pork and chives pan-fried dumplings. The soup dumplings, presented in a bamboo basket straight from the steamer, released a warm aroma as we opened them, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. The dumplings, though small, had a satisfying heft. Biting into the delicate pouches, we were greeted with a warm and flavorful combination of crab and pork. The skin was perfectly balanced—thick enough not to break when picked up, yet thin enough to maintain its shape when steamed. The pork and chives pan-fried dumplings, adorned with fresh green onions and black sesame seeds, offered a delightful contrast with a moist, savory center and a satisfying crunch from the golden sear. Moving on to dinner, our craving for something spicy and soupy led us to order the pickled fish and the Mala Dry Pot with marbled beef. Surprisingly, the Mala Dry Pot turned out to be a highlight of the evening, with its spicy flavors blending seamlessly with fried tofu, soft cauliflower, and lotus root. The pickled fish, a chef's special served in a bubbling cauldron, provided a sensory journey from savory to tangy, with the Sichuan pepper corn delivering a subtle numbing sensation. The light, perfectly cooked fish complemented the delicate flavors of the soup. In conclusion, our serendipitous find, Noodle Lane, proved to be a staple in the Park Slope community. The restaurant's attention to detail and the exquisite flavors of its dishes pay homage to the diverse culinary landscape.

In a city with thousands of restaurants, every once in a while, you find a place that is a true gem. Noodle Lane is that restaurant. Noodle Lane is clean, charming, and authentic. We ordered the Pork Soup Dumplings, Sauteed Bok Choy w Garlic, and the most amazing and addicting Sichuan Style Picked Fish. Every item we ordered was truly delicious and not greasy. BIG THUMBS UP!

Well designed space with mid century accents pairing with a modern decor. Large window view into the kitchen and great service. Noodles and dumplings were exactly what we needed on a cold night

HIGHLY recommend Noodle Lane for amazing Sichuan Canto style dishes!! My favorites were the pork soup dumplings (they came out fresh, piping hot, and soup was so flavorful!), the bao buns, and the crispy wings. We also ordered a fried fish spicy dish that was also so good. The restaurant interior is clean and with nice tables/decor, making it the perfect spot for a casual date spot or catch up with friends. Our waitress, Erin, was so sweet and attentive!! She was so friendly and made our first experience here so wonderful, will definitely be back.
